How are State of Strength products made?
Unlike fast-fashion brands that produce thousands of items that sit in warehouses, we operate on a made-to-order model (print-on-demand). This means your hoodie or tees are printed and hand-finished specifically for you the moment you place your order.
We chose this method to ensure we reduce textile waste. By only creating what is actually wanted, we are building a stronger, more sustainable brand.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I get my order?
Our UK-based suppliers work efficiently to fulfil and send your order as soon as possible. Your product typically takes 2–5 business days to be made, and over half of the orders are completed within just 3 business days.
Please remember that this timeframe covers production only and doesn’t include shipping, and you’ll receive an email with all the shipping details once it’s on its way.
Delivery times vary by location, so be sure to consider both fulfillment and shipping estimates when planning your order.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
As we are a print on demand store we will contact our provider that prints and ships your item to find a resolution.
Because our products are made-to-order, we generally cannot offer returns for buyer’s remorse due to sizing issues. However, we want you to feel great in your State of Strength gear. If you have a sizing issue, please reach out to us, and we will look into how we can help and ask our supplier for further details.

How do I choose the right size?
We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page before ordering. Since every item is custom-printed for you, getting the size right the first time helps us reduce waste. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed streetwear fit or the correct size if you like a tighter more fitted look. All sizes vary.
